100 % gluten-free.
Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free, wheat-free, and Celiac-run, so you’ll never have to worry about cross-contamination!
Other intolerances? While we do use nuts in our kitchen, we don’t use almond flour and never have more than 1-2 items on the menu that contain nuts. We usually have a few soy-free items available in-store and are working to offer dairy-free items very soon.
At this time, we do not have any egg-free or sugar-free options - but it’s on our road map!

Hi, I’m Amber! I’m the owner and head baker here at Sprinkles and Spoons. When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2009, I didn’t want to give up my passion for baking and was determined to make baked goods that were as good as I remembered!
